Camoter Commerciale is a company able to be effective and flexible; flexibility is fundamental to satisfy similar yet different maintenance needs of customers. To support the efficiency of the machines, the technical services are organized according to the type of intervention.
External technical services
Camoter Commerciale organizes on site call-out or planned maintenance contracts servicing; thanks to the activity of specialized transfer technicians equipped with top mobile workshops.
Internal technical services
Camoter Commerciale has a qualified workshop ready to receive the machines, to revamp the used and to perform all the repair work that proves to be the most economic and functional for an internally carried out servicing; in these cases spare machines are made available to guaranty the customer’s ongoing productivity.
Spare parts warehouse
Camoter Commerciale is equipped with a spare parts warehouse of roughly 1500 square meters to promptly satisfy all ordinary customer needs.
The coding of all spare parts allow an immediate view of the availability of the goods.
Two shifts guarantee a twelve hour daily coverage.
Professional training
Technical force desk, TFD, is the continuous professional training update desk of our technicians; the ongoing investment in technical knowledge sharing and formalization of mechanic, oilhydraulic, electrotechnics and safety, is a constant effort and primary commitment.
